Hona provides an online platform that connects buyers and sellers of vehicles.

• Hona does not own listed vehicles
• Hona does not inspect vehicles
• Hona does not guarantee vehicle condition
• Hona does not participate in transactions

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Use the platform lawfully
• Respect other users
• Not post misleading advertisements

4. Prohibited Activities

• Post fraudulent listings
• Impersonate another person
• Upload illegal content
• Attempt to scam users
• Manipulate pricing or vehicle information
• Post duplicate listings for the same vehicle

5. Listings

Users are responsible for ensuring all vehicle information is accurate and up to date. Listings require admin approval and must include the minimum required photos before going live.

6. Payments

Any transaction between buyer and seller is solely their responsibility.

7. Account Suspension

Hona reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Hona shall not be liable for vehicle defects
• Hona shall not be liable for financial losses
• Hona shall not be liable for fraudulent transactions
