Welcome to Hona Support. Hona is a marketplace that connects vehicle buyers and sellers. We aim to make vehicle trading simple, safe, and transparent.
How do I create an account?
- Click Sign Up
- Enter your details
- Verify your email address
- Start browsing or listing vehicles
How do I list my vehicle?
- Log in
- Sign up as a dealer or seller
- Click Post Ad
- Upload at least 10 vehicle photos following the photo guide
- Enter vehicle details (minimum 10 words in the description)
- Submit your listing for admin approval
How much does it cost to list a vehicle?
Basic listings are currently free. Premium listing options may become available in future.
How do I contact a seller?
Open the vehicle listing and click Contact Seller.
How do I report suspicious activity?
Email support@hona.co.zw or use the Report Listing button on the listing page.

Can Hona guarantee a vehicle?
No. Hona only provides the marketplace platform and does not inspect, verify, or guarantee vehicles listed by users.
How do I delete my account?
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
